The Hubbard Club Tome Reading Bowl team had an amazing day at TomeCon in Athens today listening to and meeting authors. Congratulations to Emery who placed 2nd in the Book Print competition. @tomesociety
Let's wish our Science Olympiad Team good luck as they compete in the District Competition today! This team and their coach, Mrs. Reynolds, have been working so hard to get ready for this and we are very proud of each one of them. Time to shine, Hubbard Tigers!

March 4th - 8th is Read Across America week. Our theme this year is Read Across the Amazing Regions of America. Throughout the week, students will have the opportunity to listen to books set across our wonderful country. Each day will focus on a different region. Students will also have the opportunity to dress with the theme of the day. We will have a guest reader opportunity Wednesday afternoon and we still need more readers. Our 4th grade class had an amazing time at their field trip to the Georgia Aquarium! The 4th grade students and teachers send a special shout out to our wonderful cafeteria staff for being so excited for our overnight trip that they donated to purchase snacks for our bus ride! The snacks were definitely appreciated!! 🐠

Next week is Read Across America Week, a time to celebrate and promote reading and an array of literature. Wednesday afternoon we will have Guest Reader Day, a time where our stakeholders can come in and share special books with our students.
