4th grade participated in the Southeast Pollinator Census put on by the University of Georgia and 4H Extension Office. Ms. Rachel Frisbee joined us from the Monroe Extension as we joined thousands all over the Southeast in counting our pollinator friends to determine if we have a healthy ecosystem outside. Summer Reading logs are due TOMORROW Friday, August 16. Students who return their completed summer reading logs will receive a special treat the week of August 19. CHECK YOUR TIGER TALES to print a copy of the log or write the titles of the books read on a piece of paper with the student's and teacher's name on it to turn in!
HES Pre-K Parent Orientation is THIS WEDNESDAY, August 14, 2024 at 6pm in the HES Cafeteria! This is a great opportunity to learn all about our Pre-K Program and expectations for the year! We hope to see you there!

Bring your HES student(s) to school and join us for our Donuts with Dad to learn about our All Pro Dads Program and how you can get involved! Because this a such a well attended event, we are offering it on two different days. Please do your best to attend the date that is specific to the grade level your child is in.
